Include app version, build number, operating system, steps to reproduce and expected behavior. Do not send intimate journal records, credentials or backup recovery keys.

Backup recovery

Recovery requires both your encrypted backup file and its separate recovery key. We cannot recover a lost journal without them. Restore replaces local records after a preview; it does not merge journals.

Calculation scope

Beinenu provides recording and calculations within supported paths and the supplied facts. Unsupported or incomplete cases remain unresolved. It does not identify blood or stains, offer medical diagnosis, or automatically authorize immersion.
