Your journal stays on your device

Journal entries, dates, checks, calculator inputs, selected city and preferences are stored in an encrypted local vault. They are not sent to our servers or Firebase. Normal journal use requires no registration. The app includes no advertising, advertising tracking, analytics SDK or crash reporting SDK.

Optional device features

Access lock uses the operating system's authentication. We do not receive or store biometric data. You select a city and time zone for calculations. The app does not request GPS access or track background location. Notifications are created locally after your choice and operating system permission.

Backup and sharing

You may export an encrypted backup and a separate recovery key to a destination you choose, including an external cloud provider. You may copy a summary containing information you selected. Copies, keys and summaries sent outside the app are also subject to the security and policies of your chosen services. We have no journal copy or master recovery key.

Public content and administrator access

Google Firebase delivers public dedications and content. This connection exposes technical network information such as an IP address and SDK/operating-system metadata for operation and diagnostics, to the provider, but does not include journal records. Optional administrator sign-in using Apple and Firebase Authentication is available in Settings for public content management. It is not required for journal use, and only an authorized administrator can edit public content. For users who sign in, Firebase processes an account identifier and profile information Apple supplies according to the choices made during sign-in, which may include a name and email address. Administrator permissions and public content are stored in Firestore. Journals do not synchronize between devices.

Support email

The feedback form shows a draft with your entered text, category, app version, build number, operating system and interface language. It attaches no journal or recovery key. Sending requires your action in your email app. If you send a request, we and email providers process the message, sender display name if configured, and sender address to respond and resolve issues. Do not include intimate records, credentials or recovery keys. Support messages are kept as needed to handle and document the issue. You may request deletion, subject to applicable legal retention duties.

Deletion and your choices

Delete local data in the app's settings. This does not delete exported copies held elsewhere. Contact the address above for access, correction or deletion requests concerning support or administrator data. The app is intended for adults, not children. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Service providers may process information outside your country.
